Well, the slumber-inducing power of a bedtime routine doesn’t fade as we grow; it helps our bodies relax, mentally and physically signals to us that it’s time to relax and go to sleep, and helps us keep a consistent sleep schedule. All of which makes create a bedtime routine a popular sleep-better tip. Sure, it’s solid advice, but it’s also boring, snoozy status quo. Instead let’s create a bedtime ritual.
